Hey y’all— welcome to the new format for my newsletter. I know it’s been a LONG while since I’ve written— partially because MailChimp was incredibly frustrating to use— and I’m really glad to be back in touch.

I’ll be writing again more regularly (biweekly, I think) — writing on movement, mental health, and relevant social stuff, & I’m excited to be able to do video here, too.
