Wow this is so interesting!! I have so many of these same things going on and didn’t realize they could be related!

Thank you so much for reading, Angela! Isn’t that fascinating how these things are connected? On the physical side, this is one of the reasons I appreciate our classes with Beth Lewis, so much. She is trained in the same modalities and Is great about giving cues that maximize our brain’s sense of stability.

The teeth! Happy to see more awareness of the importance of occlusion.

Yes! Wish this were better-known and talked about more!

I just fell into the rabbit hole of my teeth and my breathing and believe it or not my eyes and the biomechanics of my running. I found some very very young developmental detours. Thank you so much for this well researched writing and I look forward to connecting as soon as we can.

Love that you took this into your own experience, Carrie! I find there are just so many generative rabbit holes that branch off from this topic— it was hard to keep the post as short as it is. So glad you enjoyed it and found it useful— always a pleasure to hear and share with you!

Teeth, feet, and anxiety connected to feeling ungrounded. Such an interesting story, Laura, loved the integration of the dream, the awareness, and your grandmother.

Thanks, Anne— I’m fascinated by these connections too and I think there’s so much more to explore here.
